Pendo Karate is a program of education and a learning system for children and adults. It is based on effective educational theory and practical teaching experience. Pendo Karate classes are safe, exciting, and effective in meeting our mission and goals.
The Pendo Karate Learning System has proven to be very effective in motivating students toward excellence in school, and in any other endeavor. Pendo also increases average or low student success by “turning students on” to learning and growing.
Pendo is designed to complement our children’s educations to meet the challenges of life in the Twenty–First Century. The program combines Martial Art with Academic Thinking and Life Skills. Its purpose is to enhance, motivate, and provide for the learning of all students, that they may heal, free and enlighten themselves, and others.
To raise students to the advanced levels of Martial Art more effectively Pendo accelerates its primary program of Karate instruction through The Pendo Warrior Club which emphasizes training twice weekly.
