January 29, 2019by pendokarate

Tai Chi Chuan (1) increases my energy, and (2) it eliminates my pain from arthritis and spinal stenosis. Tai Chi (3) improves my balance, flexibility, and mobility. It (4) strengthens my immune system. I get sick less often. The practice (5) reduces stress and its harmful effects on my mind and body. Tai Chi Chuan (6) enhances my knowledge of martial art and provides me a way of self defense. Tai Chi Chuan (7) makes me feel good.
There are many more reasons why it is to everyone’s benefit to learn and practice Tai Chi. There is also an abundance of research that supports its positive effects on our good health and well being.
Here is the point. Tai Chi is a system of valuable knowledge that has been used and developed for more than than 4000 years. It is not a fad. It has longevity and there is value in it, with millions of people around the world practicing it everyday.
When I first learned that The Chinese consider Tai Chi a great gift to mankind, I disbelieved the statement.
I no longer think so.
Tai Chi Chuan is one of greatest and most beneficial things that I have learned in my lifetime, and as a teacher I want to share it with as many people as I can.
Sensei Al Gargiulo will be conducting a free, one hour Tai Chi Seminar and Instruction on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 12 PM.
Participants will learn an overview of Tai Chi Chuan benefits, fundamental principles, simple techniques, and exercises for daily practice.
